We Are Now ISO Accredited

ISO9001 is a globally recognized accreditation that confirms a business is delivering high-quality services.

For us, it means we are now officially stamped as a credible company with reliable value. Our clients can be sure of their trust in us.  

Nicola, our Delivery Director, talked us through the process; why it was so important for ConsultMyApp and the value the accreditation adds for our clients.

Why we decided to seek ISO accreditation

It was important for CMA because we wanted to be recognized for the quality of the services that we deliver. The certification also provided an opportunity to make sure that as a team, we are equipped to keep delivering high-quality work to our clients - especially as we continue to grow.

How much work went into getting this done?

The time it takes to gain certification depends on the size of a company and how mature the business is, in terms of processes. Usually, the period is 3-6 months, and sometimes even 12 months, before a business is certified.

At CMA, we achieved accreditation in just 3 months. As a primarily digital client-facing business, we had many quality control procedures already in place. Combined with our dedicated management resource, this meant that it was just a case of dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s.

What does ISO accreditation mean for clients, or those looking into CMA’s services?

With this accreditation, we can demonstrate our commitment as a business to maintaining our quality standards, both as an employer and a service provider. Prospective clients and employees can be certain that we are continually measuring ourselves against that standard.

They are also assured of a dedicated team who are accountable for those outputs, as well as those delivering our services. Thus, our clients know they are signing up for carefully monitored, high-quality results.
