Macy’s partnered with ConsultMyApp(CMA) to revitalize its app performance and boost visibility in the competitive retail market.

Through advanced ASO and creative strategies, including metadata updates, creative A/B testing of screenshots, regular promo text updates, and over 22 tailored deliverables, CMA drove significant growth for the app. Key results included an increase in year-over-year downloads and a remarkable boost in Share of Voice in the US App Store.

The campaign’s strategic enhancements were particularly effective during the back-to-school season, driving engagement and aligning with Macy’s retail objectives.
